Treasures Resources Grade 5, Unit 1

I've been busy making resources for our reading series this summer.  I always liked the small group books but I wanted to add a comprehension and vocabulary lesson so that kids actually are accountable for reading.  With each book, you will have at least 8 - 10 comprehension questions, plus a quick review of the vocabulary words, and a weekly skill item that is tied to the main selection skill.

This is an example of a book in the first unit.  Students will be asked to complete the vocabulary questions then follow along with the book, while they read and answer the questions.
